As part of the entry into force of SB 1718, one of the toughest immigration laws in the country, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis made the decision to invalidate driver’s licenses issued to undocumented immigrants in states that do not have the federal requirement known as REAL IDwhich allows to verify the authenticity of the identification.
