The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has revealed the secret of his success politically and otherwise.

The former governor of Lagos State took to his Twitter handle to show why he has always been successful and successful in life.

According to him, he talks less, thinks more, and does more.

Tinubu said he was bigger than an eagle than a parrot, that’s why he always flew higher.

He wrote; “I talk less, think more and do more. I am more eagle than parrot. That’s why I fly higher.

Tinubu wants to be the next president of Nigeria in 2023 after President Muhammadu Buhari.

He won the first presidential election of the APC in June 2022, defeating the likes of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Rotimi Amaechi, Senate President, Ahmad Lawan, and others.

The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo Olu was spotted at the recent Headies event held in Atlanta, US.

Sanwo-Olu was spotted at the 15th annual event, rocking a gold chain and Headies bag as he was graced by several music stars, including Dbanj, MI, Buju, and others.

The governor also spoke on his Instagram account that he wrote about his encounter at the event and how he was proud of the moment.

He wrote; “To better collaborate with our entertainment industry, we were fortunate enough to attend the recently concluded 15th Headies Global Awards in Atlanta.

INEC Releases Official List of Closely Registered Voters—Yakubu

The Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) says it is in the process of publishing a comprehensive list of registered voters in Nigeria, ahead of the 2023 election.

The Chairman of INEC, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, said this at the 2022 stakeholder ratification meeting where the framework and rules for the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) elections were revised in Abuja on Sunday.

Yakubu said the list will include newly registered voters in the recently completed Continuous Voter Register (CVR) to the existing register of over 84 million voters.

He faulted the claim by a section of civil society groups that INEC refused to disclose the register.

In a press conference yesterday, the commission was accused of failing to disclose the electoral register in accordance with section 19(1) of the Electoral Act 2022. This claim is false.

The Academic Staff Union of Universities, Kaduna State branch on Tuesday dared to conduct the Kaduna State University over threats to resume academic sessions.

According to the union, no threat can stop the members from stopping the industrial action which is supported by the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The chairman of the branch of the union, Dr. Peter Adamu, said this in an exclusive interview with THE PUNCH in Kaduna while reacting to a statement issued by the KASU management that threatened the academic staff unions to resume or face sanctions .

Adamu said the strike was justified and supported by national and international laws.
