Dr Abubakar Audi, the Commandant-General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), has denied the alleged physical attack on popular singer Yinka Ayefele by a member of the Corps.

“We will never accept any stupid, discriminatory or offensive action against any person or group of people, to violate the basic human rights of citizens no matter how high or low.
“Therefore, the Commander-in-Chief has ordered that all officers involved be identified and summoned to the National Headquarters for appropriate punishment.
