Princess Katie Nicholl sat down with Entertainment Tonight following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

During the interview, Nicholl said Meghan Markle was not invited to join the royal family during Queen Elizabeth’s final hours.

He said, ‘It is clear that the family wanted Prince Harry to be there, even though he could not make it to Balmoral in time to see his grandmother.’

In addition, he said, “But Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, is not expected to join the family.”

Nicholl added, ‘He has said he will go to Balmoral another time. But I think it’s very important that Prince Harry went to Balmoral by himself without his wife.’

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were scheduled to attend the WellChild Awards in London when news of Queen Elizabeth’s declining health emerged.

The former American actress was scheduled to appear on NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Sunday, September 20.

A source told Page Six, ‘Meghan was right on Fallon.’

They added, ‘I don’t know what he said, but it’s been canceled now.’

Meanwhile, King Charles III, Harry’s father, spoke about them in his first speech on Friday.
