A Hispanic boy in Austin, Texas, is asking for a review of what state police did with him and his father on Sunday. After stopping them arriving at his house, the under-10-year-old told fox7 that they pointed their guns at him when they called for him to stop. That incident, among others against Hispanics and blacks, has led the city to end the cooperation that they had requested from the Department of Public Safety (DPS) to lower crime figures.
