Simon Cowell Company SyCo is being sued by former contestants of the X-Factor show

Simon Cowell’s production company is reportedly facing a multi-million dollar claim from former contestants on reality talent show X Factor, according to a report. The Daily Mirror reports that the TV show, which has been running for too long, has been disappointing for five independent contestants and a group.

One of the former contestants spoke of ‘tears, trauma and anxiety’ and each of the six acts said that going on The X Factor led to allegations of bullying, abuse and forgetting. The claimants are heading to the barrister’s office with the aim of pushing for a huge collection of £1 million (NZ$1.92 million).

The report does not name the suspects, but one plaintiff says the experience of going to the show was a terrifying experience that haunted her for years. I and the previous five businesses have agreed to join together to get the justice we believe we deserve. The artist said that each of the six reported that their ability to purchase was limited by the real effects of their pain.

Simon Cowell must take responsibility, the claimant explained in the Daily Mirror. We lost a lot of money because we didn’t have the time of our lives to bring in money to deal with the problems that came out of the show.
